Using machine learning algorithms comparing the brains of patients with functional neurological disorder (FND) and healthy subjects or participants with psychiatric disorders that do not have FND, Mass. General Hospital researchers have found that structural brain MRI has the potential to be a clinically useful tool for diagnosing FND.
