I am a student at Harvard College concentrating in computational neuroscience and an undergraduate researcher in the Institute for Neurodegenerative Disease at Massachusetts General Hospital and the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School. I am interested in leveraging machine learning – including computer vision, natural language processing, and graph representation learning approaches – and designing bioinformatics pipelines to study neurodegeneration, inherited neuropathies, and other rare neurological diseases. I am currently investigating the complexity and heterogeneity of glial reactions in Alzheimer’s disease.
