Graduate Student / Labs of Stelios Smirnakis and Rob Howe / School of Engineering and Applied Sciences

I am a PhD student from the Biogengineering program at Harvard’s John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS). I am co-advised by Dr. Stelios Smirnakis (Harvard Medical School) and Dr. Rob Howe (Harvard SEAS). My research interests span several areas of computational neuroscience, including neurological signal processing, computational modeling, statistical data analysis, and parallel computing. My dissertation research focuses on mapping activity profiles of specific neuron subtypes to EEG correlates of epileptogenesis.
